November Challenge: Day 10

     Today I'm thankful for my dogs. They may drive me bonkers and be bed hogs but our family would be completely different without them! They are so good with the kids and are tolerant of all the poking and prodding.

November Challenge: Day 9

     Today I am thankful for my extended family. Especially the fact that Big Brother has had the ability to meet all 3 of his living Great Grandparents and that Froggie has had the ability to meet both of her living Great Grandmothers. Today we headed south to see my grandmother so I was reminded of how lucky they are to have met them and have pictures.

November Challenge: Day 8

     Today I'm thankful that my kids (at least Big Brother) are as creative as I am. He never passes up an opportunity to color, paint or create in some fashion. He's got such a great imagination and Froggie doesn't have much of a choice but to follow in his footsteps or at least be tolerant of craft time!

November Challenge: Day 7

     Today I am thankful for Daddy Dolls. These dolls are made in the USA and they have proven to be a wonderful resource whenever Hubby is away.

November Challenge: Day 6

     Today I am thankful for all of the nifty (and useful) things that have been created for kids! For example, the pocket diaper. Without them we probably would not use cloth because it's a lot to keep track of. And today I picked up these fun things!

2 for less than $10… it's worth a shot!

     Froggie found out the joy of feeding herself her pureed baby food and these awesome little things will let her have them without paying a lot for something I'm going to toss. Big Brother has his own "squeezies" but he gets mad if we let Froggie use them so I bought some just for her!

November Challenge: Day 5

     Today I am thankful for all of the opportunities available to me. Tonight I was able to work with some high school age kids in the field of photography.

     Today I'm thankful for my job. Many people dislike their jobs or are unemployed but I am blessed enough to have a job that I love working with amazing co-workers and wonderful children. I think the hardest part of my job is trying to remember that the kids belong to their parents and they aren't all mine!
